At l’Prestige, we believe in delivering only the finest — but if something doesn't meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

⚠️ Please note: Due to the perishable nature of olive oil, opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
